Ragavan Vaidyanathan, Ph.D.
President & CEO
Ragavan Vaidyanathan is a proven leader in Process Engineering and Capital Project Execution for the Power/Petrochemical/Polymer/ Refining/Renewable Fuels Industries. He has immense experience successfully leading large multi-disciplinary global teams for the execution of all phases of capital projects - conceptual design, process design package, Front End Engineering Design, Detailed Engineering, Construction, Commissioning, and Startup. He has an established track record of effectively utilizing global high-value engineering centers to deliver value to clients.
​• Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Auburn University • Established track record of 25+ years as a leader in the industry • Previously served as Sr. Director of Process Engineering at Jacobs/Worley • Operations and EPC Background working for leading global organizations • Held leadership roles at KBR, GE Plastics, and Jacobs/Worley • Led Team of 200+ Engineers and Designers as Process Department Manager at Worley • Executed capital projects up to $3 Billion TIC as Process Manager / Lead • An incredible network of Process and Engineering Leaders in the industry • Coordinator of High-Value Engineering Center in India for over 15 years
